Fees

Last updated November 1, 2026

Simple, per-payment pricing. You pay only when you get paid, and every fee is shown on the payment it belongs to.

Your exact rates are agreed when your account is approved. You can see them any time in the portal under Settings → Fees.

How pricing works

Each business gets a rate for card payments and a rate for bank (ACH) payments. Depending on your agreement, a card rate is either:

Your rates are shown before you start taking payments.

Fees that can apply

FeeWhen it applies
Card paymentOn each successful card payment, at your card rate.
Bank (ACH) paymentOn each successful bank payment, at your ACH rate.
Dispute (chargeback)When a customer's card issuer opens a dispute on a payment, at the rate in your agreement.
ACH returnWhen a bank payment is returned, for example for insufficient funds, at the rate in your agreement.
Card network finesOnly if a card network charges a fine because of activity on your account. These are passed through at cost.

When fees are charged

Fees are taken out of the money you collect before each payout, so the amount deposited is already net of fees. Each payment and each payout in the portal shows the gross amount, the fee and the net amount. Monthly statements and exports are available in the portal.

Refunds

You can refund a payment in full or in part from the portal. The refunded amount comes out of your next payout. Whether the original processing fee is returned depends on your agreement.

Changes to fees

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the portal before any fee increases, as set out in our Terms of Service.
